Data We Collect

RepTally has no backend, no user accounts, and no analytics or advertising services. We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or usage data, and we never transmit your data to servers of our own — we don't have any. The only data the app works with is the workout data you create on your device and, with your permission, the Apple Health data described below.

Data Stored on Your Device

RepTally stores the following data locally on your iPhone only:

• Workout history and rep logs
• Personal records and streaks
• Your exercise preferences and session templates
• App settings (goal, location preference, rest times)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use iOS system features such as iCloud backup or device transfer.

Apple Health

With your permission, RepTally can both read from and write to the Apple Health app (HealthKit):

• It reads heart rate, active energy, and body weight to calculate and display your workout stats.
• It writes completed workouts and active energy back to Health so your sessions appear alongside your other activity.

This integration is optional — RepTally works fully without granting Health access. All Health data is processed on your device to power these features and is never transmitted off your device or shared with any third party. Apple's own privacy policy governs how Health data itself is stored and synced.

In-App Purchases

RepTally Pro is available as a subscription or one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. RepTally does not receive, store, or process any payment or billing information.

Third-Party Services

RepTally does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

RepTally is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data, there are no special considerations for users under 13.

If we ever change how data is handled, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
