Acceptance

By downloading or using RepTally, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

RepTally grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

RepTally Pro

Pro features are available via in-app purchase — monthly subscription, annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Health Disclaimer

RepTally is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing condition or injury.

You use RepTally at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from use of the app.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within RepTally is owned by RepTally and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RepTally is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepTally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
